Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding pet parent experiences in-person, online, and at checkout.
- Provide daily care for birds, reptiles, fish, and small animals including feeding, cleaning, and health monitoring.
- Stock shelves, face products, execute price changes, and promote events like adoptions.
- Recommend products, services, and pets while ensuring safety for associates, pets, and customers.
- Assist in all store areas, maintain cleanliness, and respond to pet health issues promptly.
Experience & Skills
