Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding service in-person, phone, register, and online order fulfillment.

- Sell products, services, and pets while promoting events like adoptions and Treats enrollment.
- Ensure safety for associates, pets, and customers; respond to pet health issues promptly.
