As a full-time Retail Sales Associate (Pet Associate) in Logan, UT, you'll engage pet parents, care for store pets, and maintain a clean, safe store. This entry-level role offers flexibility and impact in pet retail.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding pet parent experiences in-person, phone, register, and online.
- Care for store-owned pets: feed, water, clean habitats (birds, reptiles, fish, small animals), administer vet-directed meds.
- Stock shelves, face products, execute price changes, and prepare online orders.
- Sell merchandise, services, live pets; promote events like adoptions and Treats enrollment.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety; respond to sick pets and assist across store areas.
Physical Demands
Stand, walk, lift 50 lbs (team lift 100+ lbs), climb ladders, handle animals in moderate-noise, pet-hair environment.
Experience & Skills
Entry-level welcome. Need strong communication, schedule flexibility (evenings/weekends/holidays), composure under pressure, pet passion, and physical stamina.
