As a full-time Retail Sales Associate (Pet Associate) in Mesa, Arizona, you'll engage pet parents and pets, deliver exceptional service, maintain store standards, and care for live animals. Key Responsibilities
- Drive pet parent satisfaction in-person, phone, register, and online order pickups.
- Provide hands-on care for store pets: feeding, habitat cleaning, medications per vet direction.
- Stock shelves, face products, execute price changes, and promote events like adoptions.
- Ensure safety for associates, pets, and customers; handle sick pets promptly.
- Support all store areas, upholding cleanliness and company policies.
