Role Overview

As a full-time Retail Sales Associate in Milton, ON, you'll engage pet parents, care for store pets, and maintain a clean, safe store. This entry-level role offers flexibility, impact, and rewards while upholding PetSmart's vision of exceptional pet experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding pet parent experiences in-person, phone, register, and online pickups.
• Provide direct care for birds, reptiles, small animals, fish, and habitats including feeding, cleaning, and vet-directed medications.
• Stock shelves, face products, execute price changes, and promote events like adoptions and Treats enrollment.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety standards; respond to sick/injured pets immediately.
• Recommend products, services, and live pets while supporting all store areas.

Experience & Skills

No prior experience required – pet passion is key! We seek strong communicators with schedule flexibility (evenings, weekends, holidays), composure under pressure, and physical stamina to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, and handle animals in a dynamic environment with moderate noise and pet hair.
