Role Overview
Our full-time Pet Associates drive positive pet parent experiences, maintain store standards, and provide direct care for in-store pets. Based in Naples, Florida, this entry-level role offers flexibility, growth, and the joy of working with animals daily.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding service in-person, online, and at checkout while greeting customers and fulfilling orders.
- Handle pet healthcare: feed, water, clean habitats for birds, reptiles, fish, and small animals; administer vet-directed meds.
- Stock shelves, face products, execute price changes, and promote events like adoptions and Treats enrollment.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and respond to pet emergencies by transporting to vets as needed.
- Collaborate across store areas including services to support team success.
Experience & Skills
No prior experience required—pet passion is key! We seek strong communicators who thrive in fast-paced settings, handle 50+ lb lifts, climb ladders, and work flexible hours including weekends/holidays. Physical demands include standing, stooping, and exposure to pets, noise, and wet areas.
