Role Overview
Our full-time Pet Associates drive positive pet parent experiences in our Nashville, TN store. You'll handle sales, pet care, store maintenance, and safety, embodying our vision of exceptional service in a fun, pet-filled atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding in-person, phone, register, and online customer service.
- Manage pet healthcare: feed, water, clean habitats for birds, reptiles, fish, and small animals.
- Stock shelves, face products, handle price changes, and prepare online orders.
- Sell merchandise, services, live pets, and promote events like adoptions.
- Maintain cleanliness, ensure safety, and assist across all store areas including services.
Experience & Skills
No prior experience required for this entry-level role. We seek pet enthusiasts with strong communication, flexibility for evenings/weekends/holidays, composure under pressure, and physical stamina to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in pet-heavy environments.
