Role Overview
As a full-time Retail Sales Associate (Pet Associate) in Nazareth, PA, you'll deliver outstanding pet parent experiences, care for live pets, and maintain a clean, safe store. This entry-level role offers flexibility across evenings, weekends, and holidays, with opportunities to work in services and events.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive pet parent satisfaction in-person, phone, register, and online order pickups.
- Provide hands-on care for store pets: feeding, habitat cleaning, medications per vet direction.
- Stock shelves, face products, handle price changes, and promote merchandise/services/events.
- Ensure safety for associates, pets, and customers; respond immediately to sick/injured pets.
- Maintain store standards and assist in all areas as needed.
Experience & Skills
