Role Overview
Our full-time Pet Associates drive the pet parent experience in Oklahoma City stores. You'll engage customers, care for live pets, maintain store standards, and contribute to sales goals. This entry-level role offers flexibility, hands-on pet interaction, and clear paths for advancement.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding service in-person, phone, register, and online order pickups.
- Provide daily care for store pets: feeding, cleaning habitats (fish, birds, reptiles, small animals), and vet-directed medications.
- Stock shelves, face products, execute price changes, and promote events like adoptions and Treats enrollment.
- Ensure store safety, cleanliness, and pet welfare, including emergency vet transport.
- Assist in services areas and collaborate on store operations.
Experience & Skills
No prior experience required—pet passion is key! We seek strong communicators who thrive in fast-paced settings, handle 50+ lb lifts, climb ladders, and work flexible hours including weekends/holidays.
