Role Overview
Our full-time Pet Associates drive positive pet parent experiences uphold store standards and provide direct pet care. From greeting customers to maintaining habitats this entry-level role offers hands-on impact in a fun pet-filled retail setting. Located in Orlando Florida flexibility for evenings weekends and holidays is key.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage pet parents answer questions process online pickups and sales
- Care for store pets: feed water clean habitats administer vet-directed meds
- Stock shelves face products execute price changes and recover sales floor
- Promote events adoptions Treats and charity drives
- Maintain cleanliness safety and respond to pet health issues
Experience & Skills
No prior experience required but pet lovers thrive here. Need strong communication composure under pressure and physical stamina (lift 50lbs climb ladders handle animals). Thrive in moderate noise wet pet hair-filled spaces with team lift support.
