Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement
Greet answer questions prepare online orders and sell merchandise services live pets at register and throughout store.
Pet Care
Feed water clean habitats for birds reptiles fish small animals. Administer vet-directed meds handle sick pets and ensure safety.
Store Operations
Stock face recover products execute price changes promote events like adoptions and maintain total cleanliness standards.
Experience & Skills
Ideal candidates have strong communication flexibility for evenings/weekends/holidays composure under pressure and physical stamina to lift 50lbs+ climb and handle pets in a dynamic environment with moderate noise pet hair and occasional wet conditions.
