Key Responsibilities
- Drive pet parent satisfaction via in-person, phone, register, and online interactions; greet customers and prepare online orders.
- Manage store pet health: feed, water, clean habitats (birds, reptiles, small animals, fish), administer vet-directed meds, and transport sick pets.
- Execute merchandising: face/fill products, stage new items, handle price changes/promotions, and recommend sales/services/pets.
- Maintain cleanliness/safety standards and promote events like adoptions and Treats enrollment.
- Flex across store areas, follow policies, and foster a culture of belonging.
Experience & Skills
