Role Overview
Our full-time Pet Associates drive positive pet parent experiences in our Raleigh, NC store. You'll handle sales, pet care, store maintenance, and safety, ensuring every visit delights customers and keeps pets thriving. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is key in this dynamic retail role.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding service in-person, phone, register, and online order pickups.
- Provide daily care for store pets: feeding, habitat cleaning, medications per vet direction.
- Stock shelves, face products, manage price changes, and maintain cleanliness standards.
- Sell merchandise, services, and live pets; promote events like adoptions and Treats enrollment.
- Ensure safety for associates, pets, and customers; respond immediately to sick/injured pets.
Experience & Skills
