Role Overview
Our full-time Pet Associates drive the pet parent experience, ensure store cleanliness, maintain pet safety, and provide direct care for in-store pets. This entry-level role offers flexibility across evenings, weekends, and holidays, with opportunities to work in services and events.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding in-person, phone, register, and online customer service.
- Care for birds, reptiles, small animals, fish, and habitats including feeding, cleaning, and vet-directed medications.
- Execute merchandising, price changes, product recovery, and event promotions.
- Ensure safety for associates, pets, and customers; respond to pet health issues.
- Follow all policies while fostering a culture of belonging.
