Role Overview

As a full-time Retail Sales Associate in Regina, Saskatchewan, you'll engage pet parents, care for store pets, and maintain a clean, safe environment. This entry-level role offers flexibility, development, and the joy of working with animals daily.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding pet parent experiences in-person, phone, register, and online.
• Provide direct care for birds, reptiles, small animals, fish, and habitats including feeding, cleaning, and medications.
• Merchandise products, execute price changes, and promote events like adoptions and Treats enrollment.
• Maintain store standards for cleanliness, safety, and pet health; respond to emergencies.
• Support all store areas including services as needed.

Experience & Skills

No prior experience required—pet passion is key! We seek strong communicators who thrive under pressure, lift 50+ lbs, handle live animals, and work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Physical demands include standing, lifting, and exposure to pets and moderate noise.
