As a full-time Retail Sales Associate (Pet Associate) in Rocky Mount, NC, you'll engage pet parents and pets, deliver outstanding service, maintain store standards, and care for live animals. This entry-level role offers flexibility across evenings, weekends, and holidays, with physical demands including lifting up to 50 lbs.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive pet parent satisfaction in-person, phone, register, and online order pickups.
- Provide hands-on care for store pets: feeding, habitat cleaning, medications per vet direction.
- Stock shelves, face products, execute price changes, and promote events like adoptions.
- Ensure safety for associates, pets, and customers; respond to pet health issues immediately.
- Support all store areas, uphold cleanliness, and embody our Belonging culture.
