Key Responsibilities
- Drive pet parent satisfaction through in-person, phone, register, and online interactions.

- Execute merchandising tasks: stock products, face shelves, handle price changes, and prepare online orders.
- Promote sales, services, events like adoptions, and ensure store safety and cleanliness.
- Respond swiftly to pet health issues and collaborate across store areas.
Experience & Skills
No prior experience required—pet passion is key! Must have strong communication, schedule flexibility (evenings/weekends/holidays), composure under pressure, and physical stamina (lifting 50+ lbs, standing, ladder use). Comfort with animals, moderate noise, and wet/hairy environments essential.
