Role Overview
As a full-time Retail Sales Associate in San Antonio TX you'll deliver outstanding pet parent experiences care for live animals and keep our store sparkling. This entry-level role offers flexibility impact and daily joy from helping families welcome new pets.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive pet parent satisfaction via in-person phone register and online order fulfillment
- Provide hands-on care for birds reptiles fish small animals including feeding cleaning and vet transport
- Execute merchandising tasks like stocking facing products price changes and sales floor recovery
- Sell merchandise services live pets and promote events like adoptions and Treats enrollment
- Maintain safety cleanliness and follow all policies across store operations
Experience & Skills
No prior experience required but pet enthusiasts thrive. Need strong communication flexibility for evenings/weekends/holidays composure under pressure and physical stamina to lift 50lbs+ handle animals and navigate ladders/wet floors. Depth perception and moderate noise tolerance essential.
