As a full-time Retail Sales Associate (Pet Associate) in Sanford, NC, you'll deliver outstanding customer experiences, care for live pets, and maintain a welcoming store environment. Key Responsibilities
- Drive pet parent satisfaction through personalized service, order fulfillment, and product recommendations.
- Provide daily care for store pets: feeding, habitat maintenance, medication administration, and health monitoring.
- Execute merchandising tasks including stocking, pricing, recovery, and promotional setups.
- Promote events like adoption weekends and Treats enrollment while ensuring safety for pets, associates, and customers.
- Maintain cleanliness and assist in various store areas as needed.
Experience & Skills
No prior experience required—pet passion is key!
