Role Overview

As a full-time Retail Sales Associate (Pet Associate) in Seabrook, New Hampshire, you'll deliver outstanding pet parent experiences while caring for store pets and maintaining a clean, safe environment. This entry-level role supports sales, services, and pet health, with flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive pet parent satisfaction through greetings, question-answering, online order prep, and seamless checkouts.
• Provide hands-on care for birds, reptiles, small animals, fish, and habitats—including feeding, cleaning, and vet-directed medications.
• Stock shelves, face products, execute price changes, and promote events like adoptions and Treats enrollment.
• Ensure store safety, respond to pet health issues, and assist across all departments as needed.
• Uphold cleanliness standards and company policies.

Experience & Skills

No prior experience required—pet passion is key! Successful candidates have strong communication, composure under pressure, and physical stamina (lifting 50+ lbs, standing, climbing). Comfort with live animals, moderate noise, and wet environments essential. Depth perception and team-lifting for heavier items required.
