Key Responsibilities
- Drive pet parent satisfaction through greetings, question-answering, online order prep, and seamless checkouts.
- Provide hands-on care for store pets: feeding, watering, habitat cleaning, medication administration, and vet transport if needed.
- Execute merchandising tasks like product stocking, facing, recovery, price changes, and sales floor planning.
- Promote products, services, live pets, and events such as adoptions and Treats enrollment.
- Uphold safety, cleanliness, and company policies while assisting across all store areas.
Experience & Skills
No prior experience required—pet passion is key! Ideal candidates have strong communication, composure under pressure, and schedule flexibility.
