Role Overview
As a full-time Retail Sales Associate (Pet Associate) in St Louis Park Minnesota you'll engage pet parents and pets deliver positive experiences and maintain store standards. Share pet care responsibilities ensure safety and support sales across registers online pickups and services. No experience needed—just love for pets and people.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive pet parent satisfaction in-person phone online and at pickup
- Care for store pets: feed water clean habitats administer vet-directed meds
- Stock face recover products execute price changes and maintain cleanliness
- Sell merchandise services live pets and promote events like adoptions
- Ensure safe environment for associates pets and customers; handle sick pets
Experience & Skills
Entry-level role requiring strong communication flexibility for evenings/weekends/holidays and composure under pressure. Physical demands include lifting 50lbs+ climbing stooping and animal exposure. Depth perception and moderate noise tolerance needed. Reasonable accommodations available.
