Role Overview
Our full-time Pet Associates drive exceptional pet parent experiences in our Staten Island store. You'll handle sales, pet care, store maintenance, and safety, embodying PetSmart's vision of doing anything for pets. This entry-level role offers flexibility and impact in a dynamic retail setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding service in-person, online, phone, and at checkout.
- Care for store pets: feed, clean habitats, administer meds, and respond to health issues.
- Stock shelves, face products, manage pricing, and promote events like adoptions.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety for associates, pets, and customers.
- Assist across departments as needed.
Experience & Skills
