Key Responsibilities
- Drive pet parent satisfaction through in-person, phone, register, and online interactions.

- Execute merchandising tasks like stocking, facing products, price changes, and sales floor recovery.
- Promote events, recommend merchandise/services/live pets, and ensure safety standards.
- Assist across departments while upholding company policies.
Experience & Skills
No prior experience required—pet passion is key! Must have strong communication, schedule flexibility (evenings/weekends/holidays), composure under pressure, and physical stamina (lifting 50+ lbs, standing, handling animals in moderate noise/wet environments). Depth perception and team lifting for heavier items needed.
