As a full-time Retail Sales Associate (Pet Associate), you'll engage pet parents and care for store pets, ensuring positive experiences while maintaining store standards. This entry-level role offers flexibility and impact in a fun, pet-filled environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding pet parent experiences in-person, phone, register, and online.
- Provide direct care for store pets: feeding, cleaning habitats, medications as directed.
- Stock shelves, face products, handle price changes, and promote events like adoptions.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and respond to pet health issues promptly.
- Recommend products, services, and live pets to drive sales.
Experience & Skills
No prior experience required—pet passion is key! Need strong communication, schedule flexibility (evenings/weekends/holidays), composure under pressure, and physical stamina (lift 50lbs+, stand/walk extensively, handle animals in moderate noise/wet conditions).
