Our full-time Pet Associates drive exceptional pet parent experiences in our Tracy, CA store. You'll handle sales, pet care, store operations, and safety, ensuring every visit is pawsome. This entry-level role offers flexibility and impact in a fun, pet-filled workplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service across all channels, greeting pet parents and fulfilling online orders.
- Provide direct care for store pets: feeding, habitat maintenance, medication administration, and vet transport if needed.
- Merchandise products, manage inventory, execute pricing updates, and promote events like adoptions.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety standards, and assist in services areas as required.
Experience & Skills
