Key Responsibilities
- Drive pet parent satisfaction via in-person, phone, register, and online interactions
- Manage pet healthcare: feed, water, clean habitats for birds, reptiles, fish, and small animals
- Stock shelves, face products, handle price changes, and prepare online orders
- Sell merchandise, services, live pets, and promote events like adoptions
- Ensure safety, respond to sick pets, and assist across store areas

Physical Demands
