Role Overview
Our full-time Pet Associates drive the pet parent experience in Warsaw, IN. You'll engage customers, care for live pets, maintain store standards, and promote services—delivering joy daily in a fast-paced retail setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding service in-person, phone, register, and online; prepare pickup orders.
- Provide pet healthcare: feed, clean habitats (birds, reptiles, fish), administer meds.
- Stock shelves, face products, handle price changes, and ensure cleanliness/safety.
- Sell merchandise/services/pets, promote events like adoptions and Treats enrollment.
- Respond to pet emergencies, team lift heavy items, and assist across store areas.
Experience & Skills
Entry-level role welcoming pet lovers. Need strong communication, schedule flexibility (evenings/weekends/holidays), composure under pressure.
