Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional pet parent experiences in-person, phone, register, and online.

- Recommend products, services, live pets; promote events like adoptions and Treats enrollment.
- Ensure safety: monitor pets, transport sick/injured to vet, maintain cleanliness.
Experience & Skills
