Our Part-Time Retail Sales Associates in Berlin, CT, deliver outstanding pet parent experiences, care for store pets, and maintain a clean, safe store environment. Key Responsibilities
- Drive pet parent satisfaction through in-person, phone, register, and online interactions.
- Provide hands-on care for birds, reptiles, small animals, fish, and habitats including feeding, cleaning, and vet-directed medications.
- Stock shelves, face products, handle price changes, and promote events like adoptions and Treats enrollment.
- Ensure store safety, respond immediately to sick or injured pets, and assist across all departments.
- Maintain merchandising standards and recommend products/services to boost sales.
Experience & Skills
