Role Overview
As a Part-Time Retail Sales Associate in Boynton Beach FL you'll engage pet parents and pets delivering positive experiences while upholding our vision. Share store maintenance pet safety and direct pet care responsibilities in a dynamic retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive pet parent satisfaction in-person phone register and online order pickups
- Provide hands-on care for store pets habitats feeding cleaning and vet-directed meds
- Execute merchandising price changes product staging and sales floor recovery
- Sell merchandise services live pets and promote events like adoptions and Treats
- Maintain cleanliness safety and respond to pet health emergencies
Experience & Skills
No prior experience required but pet enthusiasts thrive. Need strong communication flexibility for evenings/weekends/holidays composure under pressure and physical stamina to lift 50lbs+ climb and handle animals in moderate-noise wet pet-hair environments. Vision for depth perception essential.
