Role Overview
As a Part-Time Retail Sales Associate (Pet Associate), you'll engage pet parents, care for store pets, and maintain a welcoming store. This entry-level role offers flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays while making a daily impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding pet parent experiences across channels
- Care for birds, reptiles, fish, and small animals including feeding, cleaning, and vet transport
- Stock shelves, face products, handle price changes, and process online pickups
- Promote merchandise, services, events, and adoptions
- Ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with policies
Experience & Skills
No prior experience required. Bring strong communication, composure under pressure, and physical stamina (lifting 50lbs+, standing, ladder use). Passion for pets and flexibility are key in this pet-filled environment.
