Key Responsibilities
- Drive pet parent satisfaction through greetings, questions, online order prep, and sales.
- Provide hands-on care for store pets: feeding, habitat cleaning, medication admin as directed.
- Execute merchandising: stock products, face shelves, manage price changes, and recover sales floor.
- Promote events like adoptions and Treats enrollment; recommend products and services.
- Ensure safety for associates, pets, and customers; respond to pet health issues immediately.
Experience & Skills
No prior experience required—pet passion is key! We seek strong communicators with schedule flexibility (evenings, weekends, holidays), composure under pressure, and physical stamina to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in pet-filled environments.
