Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional pet parent experiences in-person, phone, register, and online pickups.
- Provide pet healthcare: feed, water, clean habitats for birds, reptiles, small animals, fish.
- Stock shelves, face products, execute price changes, and maintain cleanliness.
- Recommend merchandise, services, live pets; promote events like adoptions.
- Ensure safety, handle sick pets, administer vet-directed meds, and assist store-wide.
Experience & Skills
Required
- Strong communication skills.
- Schedule flexibility for evenings/weekends/holidays.
- Composure under pressure; physical ability to lift 50lbs+, climb, stoop.
Physical Demands
Stand/walk extensively, handle animals, work in moderate noise/wet environments with pet hair.
