Role Overview
As a Part-Time Retail Sales Associate (Pet Associate) in Centerville Utah you'll engage pet parents and pets deliver positive experiences and uphold our vision. Share store maintenance pet safety and direct pet care responsibilities in a dynamic retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding pet parent service in-person phone register and online including order pickups.
- Care for store-owned pets: feed water clean habitats (birds reptiles small animals fish) and administer vet-directed meds.
- Maintain cleanliness stock shelves face products execute price changes and recover sales floor.
- Sell merchandise services live pets and promote events like adoptions Treats enrollment and charity drives.
- Ensure safety for associates pets and customers; respond immediately to sick/injured pets including vet transport.
Experience & Skills
No experience needed but pet passion helps. Must have strong communication flexibility for evenings/weekends/holidays composure under pressure and physical stamina (lift 50lbs+ climb stoop reach work in pet hair/noise). Vision for depth perception required; reasonable accommodations available.
