Our Part-Time Retail Sales Associates are the heart of the store, delivering exceptional pet parent experiences while caring for live animals and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment. Based in Charlotte, North Carolina, this entry-level role offers flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays, perfect for animal lovers seeking impactful work.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive pet parent satisfaction through greetings, question-answering, online order prep, and seamless checkouts.
- Provide hands-on care for store pets: feeding, watering, habitat cleaning, medication administration, and vet transport if needed.
- Execute merchandising tasks like stocking, facing products, price changes, and sales floor recovery.
- Recommend products, services, and live pets while promoting events like adoptions and Treats enrollment.
- Ensure safety for associates, pets, and customers in a dynamic retail setting with live animals.
Experience & Skills
