Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional service in-person, phone, register, and online order pickups.

- Ensure store safety, handle pet emergencies, and maintain cleanliness standards.
- Recommend merchandise, services, and live pets to drive sales.
Experience & Skills
No prior experience required—pet passion is key! Must have strong communication, flexibility for varied shifts, composure under pressure, and physical stamina to lift 50lbs+, climb ladders, and work in pet-filled environments. Exposure to animals, moderate noise, and wet areas common.
