Role Overview

As a Part-Time Retail Sales Associate (Pet Associate) in Chino, California, you'll engage pet parents and pets, deliver exceptional service, maintain store standards, and care for live animals. This entry-level role offers flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays, with physical demands including lifting up to 50 lbs and exposure to pets and moderate noise.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive pet parent satisfaction in-person, phone, register, and online order pickups.
• Provide direct care for store pets: feeding, cleaning habitats (fish, birds, reptiles, small animals), and vet-directed medications.
• Stock shelves, face products, execute price changes, and promote events like adoptions and Treats enrollment.
• Ensure store cleanliness, pet safety, and immediate action for sick/injured pets.
• Recommend products, services, and live pets while assisting across store areas.
