Key Responsibilities
- Drive pet parent satisfaction through greetings, questions, online order prep, and sales.
- Provide direct care for store pets: feeding, habitat cleaning, medication administration, and vet transport if needed.
- Execute merchandising tasks like stocking, facing products, price changes, and sales floor recovery.
- Promote events, recommend products/services/pets, and ensure safety for associates, pets, and customers.
- Support all store areas, follow policies, and contribute to our culture of belonging.
Experience & Skills
