Role Overview
As a Part-Time Retail Sales Associate in Cleveland Tennessee you'll deliver outstanding pet parent experiences while caring for store pets and maintaining a clean safe retail environment. This entry-level role offers flexibility perfect for animal lovers eager to grow in pet retail.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement
Greet pet parents answer questions process online pickups and sell merchandise services live pets. Promote events like adoption weekends and Treats enrollment.
Pet Care
Feed water clean habitats for birds reptiles small animals fish and crickets. Administer vet-directed medications identify sick pets and transport as needed.
Store Operations
Face fill recover products execute price changes stage merchandise and uphold cleanliness safety standards. Assist across departments as required.
Experience & Skills
No prior experience required but pet passion helps. Need strong communication flexibility for evenings weekends holidays composure under pressure and physical stamina to lift 50lbs stand walk climb and handle animals in moderate noise wet pet hair environments. Depth perception essential.
