Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional pet parent experiences in-person, phone, register, and online.
- Feed, water, clean habitats, and medicate store-owned pets (birds, reptiles, fish, small animals).
- Stock shelves, face products, handle price changes, and promote events like adoptions.
- Ensure store safety, cleanliness, and immediate action for sick/injured pets.
- Recommend products, services, and live pets to boost sales.
Experience & Skills
No prior experience required – passion for pets is key! We seek strong communicators who thrive under pressure, lift 50+ lbs, stand/walk extensively, and handle live animals in a dynamic retail setting with moderate noise and pet hair.
