Role Overview
As a Part-Time Retail Sales Associate in Conway AR you'll deliver outstanding pet parent experiences while caring for store pets. This entry-level role blends customer service pet care merchandising and store operations in a fun pet-loving environment. Flexibility for evenings weekends holidays required.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive pet parent satisfaction via in-person phone register and online interactions including order prep.
- Provide hands-on care for birds reptiles fish small animals feeding cleaning habitats and vet-directed meds.
- Maintain pristine store standards through cleaning stocking facing products and promotional updates.
- Sell merchandise services live pets and promote events like adoptions and Treats enrollment.
- Ensure safety for associates pets and customers responding swiftly to health issues.
Experience & Skills
No prior experience needed but pet passion helps. Seek strong communicators who thrive under pressure lift 50lbs climb ladders and handle live animals in moderate-noise wet pet-hair environments. Physical demands include standing walking stooping and team lifting over 100lbs.
