Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding pet parent experiences in-person, online, and at checkout.
- Care for store-owned pets: feed, water, clean habitats, and administer vet-directed medications.
- Stock shelves, face products, handle price changes, and prepare online orders.
- Promote events like adoption weekends and Treats enrollment.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety standards, and respond to pet health emergencies.
Physical Demands
Stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs (team lift 100+ lbs), climb ladders, and handle live animals in a dynamic retail setting with moderate noise and pet hair exposure.
Experience & Skills
No prior experience required. We seek enthusiastic individuals with strong communication, flexibility for evenings/weekends/holidays, composure under pressure, and a passion for pets. Physical stamina for retail tasks is essential.
