Key Responsibilities
- Drive pet parent satisfaction through greetings, question-answering, online order prep, and seamless checkouts.
- Provide hands-on care for store pets: feeding, watering, habitat cleaning, medication administration, and vet transport if needed.
- Execute merchandising tasks like product staging, facing, filling, recovery, price changes, and promotional setups.
- Sell merchandise, services, and live pets while promoting events like adoptions and Treats enrollment.
- Ensure store safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company policies across all areas.
Experience & Skills
No prior experience required – just a passion for pets! We seek strong communicators who thrive under pressure, offer scheduling flexibility (evenings, weekends, holidays), and can lift 50+ lbs. Physical demands include standing, climbing, stooping, and working in pet-filled environments with moderate noise.
