Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding pet parent experiences in-person, phone, register, and online.
- Care for store-owned pets: feed, water, clean habitats (birds, reptiles, fish, small animals), and administer vet-directed meds.
- Stock shelves, face products, handle price changes, and prepare online orders.
- Promote merchandise, services, live pets, and events like adoptions and Treats enrollment.
- Maintain safety standards, respond to sick pets, and assist across store areas.
Experience & Skills
No prior experience required. Ideal candidates have strong communication, composure under pressure, and physical stamina (lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, stand extensively). Comfort with live animals, pet hair, and moderate noise essential.
