Role Overview
As a Part-Time Retail Sales Associate (Pet Associate) at our Dunwoody store, you'll be the friendly face for pet parents, delivering outstanding service while caring for live animals. Key Responsibilities
- Drive pet parent satisfaction through in-person, phone, register, and online interactions.
- Provide direct care for store pets: feeding, cleaning habitats (fish, birds, reptiles, small animals), and administering vet-directed medications.
- Maintain pristine store standards, stock products, handle price changes, and promote events like adoptions and Treats enrollment.
- Lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and ensure safety for associates, pets, and customers.
- Respond swiftly to pet health issues, transporting to vets when necessary.
