Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional pet parent experiences in-person, phone, register, and online order pickups.
- Provide pet healthcare: feed, water, clean habitats for birds, reptiles, small animals, fish; administer vet-directed meds.
- Stock shelves, face products, execute price changes, and promote events like adoptions and Treats enrollment.
- Ensure store safety, cleanliness, and immediate action for sick/injured pets including vet transport.
- Sell merchandise, services, and live pets while assisting across store areas.
Experience & Skills
No prior experience required—pet passion is key! Need strong communication, schedule flexibility, composure under pressure, and physical stamina (lift 50lbs, climb ladders, handle animals in moderate noise/wet environments). Depth perception and team lifting for heavier items.
