Role Overview
Our Part-Time Retail Sales Associates in East Brunswick, NJ, deliver exceptional pet parent experiences, maintain store standards, and provide direct care for live pets. This entry-level role offers flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays, with opportunities to grow within our dynamic retail environment focused on pet health, safety, and joy.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive pet parent satisfaction through greetings, question-answering, online order prep, and seamless checkouts.
- Handle pet healthcare: feed, water, clean habitats for birds, reptiles, small animals, fish, and crickets; administer vet-directed meds.
- Execute merchandising: face/fill products, stage new items, support price changes and promotions.
- Promote sales, services, events like adoptions and Treats enrollment; ensure safety for pets, associates, and customers.
- Respond to sick/injured pets, maintain cleanliness, and assist across store areas including services.
Experience & Skills
