- Drive sales by recommending products, services, live pets, and promoting events like adoptions and Treats enrollment.
- Maintain store standards: cleanliness, merchandising, pricing updates, and safety for associates, pets, and customers.
- Respond swiftly to pet health issues, transport to vet if needed, and assist across all store areas.
Experience & Skills
