Role Overview
As a Part-Time Retail Sales Associate (Pet Associate), you'll engage pet parents, care for live animals, and maintain a welcoming store. This entry-level role offers flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays while making a daily impact on pets' lives.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding pet parent experiences in-person, phone, register, and online pickups.
- Provide hands-on care for store pets: feeding, habitat cleaning, medications, and health monitoring.
- Stock shelves, face products, execute price changes, and promote events like adoptions.
- Ensure store safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company policies.
- Lift up to 50 lbs, handle animals, and assist in various store areas.
Experience & Skills
